At Taj mahal Journeys, we value our customers and strive to provide a hassle-free travel experience. We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen reasons, and therefore, we have a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date – 100% refund (after deducting transaction charges).
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour date – 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour date – 25% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date – No refund.
2. Cancellation by Tajmahal Journeys
- In rare cases where the company cancels a tour due to unavoidable reasons (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), customers will receive a 100% refund or may opt for a credit voucher for future travel.
3. Refund Processing
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, PayPal, etc.).
4. No-Show Policy
- If the customer does not show up on the day of the tour without prior information, no refund will be provided.
5. Amendments / Rescheduling
- Customers can request to reschedule their tour at least 7 days before the travel date.
- Rescheduling will be subject to availability and additional charges (if any).
